Enjoy 1:1 instruction and learn alternatives to the most common yoga poses so that you can continue attending your favorite classes with confidence. You'll be guided through a nourishing practice that feels good in your growing body, and helps prepare and calm the mind for birth (regardless of the type of birth you have planned!)

Private prenatal partner workshops

Childbirth and parenting can be stressful for partners. This prenatal partner workshop is intended to equip both partners with tools to navigate this transition with ease and deep connection. Enjoy a 90 minute session packed with insights and massage techniques for supporting you in pregnancy and labor.

On-demand prenatal yoga class

Specifically designed for expecting mamas in mind, this class will help you get out of your head and into your body. We’ll start with an opening meditation, practice intuitive movement, focus on strengthening and opening the hips and thighs, and wind down with a nice long savasana. This class is perfect for mamas at any point in their pregnancy. 

 
Prior to both of my pregnancies, Holly was one of my favorite yoga teachers in San Francisco. I loved my private prenatal yoga classes with Holly as well. Her teachings supported both my mental and physical health as my life and body were undergoing dramatic changes. I always looked forward to seeing Holly during class and investing in my health!
