I'm glad you're here.

 

Yoga has changed my life so dramatically- I FEEL an overwhelming urge to share the magic with others.

As a teacher, I want to empower my students to connect to their bodies, get curious, and hold space for silence in an overly stimulated, dissociated world. If you come to class (and I hope you will), you can always expect a guided meditation to help you settle in. Then, I like to focus on a particular body part, anatomical cue, or peak pose to provide a common thread for students to follow. My classes are heavily alignment-focused with a fun, light energy, and lots of yummy hands-on assists. Expect to feel strong and stable with long holds that will challenge your mind and make you sweat.

You’ll try something new, reclaim your youthfulness, and create space to live more fully in your body.

I have over 350 hours of training under my belt, and have studied with the likes of Diana Oppenheim, Amber Cook, Annie Carpenter, Kathryn Budig, and Amy Ippoliti. Of course, all bad-ass women ;) I’m currently living in San Francisco with my sweet love Weston and our naughty cat Bodhi. When I’m not teaching or practicing, you can find me cycling, gardening, cooking, eating pastries, and obsessing over anything related to homesteading.
