Gentle Chair Hatha - 45 minutes    This class was inspired by my Aunt Linda who said, "I really love the class you sent me, but if I lie down on the ground, who will help me up?!" This was my first time teaching a chair class, so be patient with me ;) Enjoy a super accessible class, while using a versatile prop everyone owns, your chair!
